An armed man was arrested for trying to break into the set of "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles on Tuesday, all to see Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson.
Robert O'Ryan was stopped by security guards after he jumped over a fence on the lot. Police later found a loaded handgun and shotgun as well as duct tape and love letters in his car.
Apparently, O'Ryan felt he was destined to have a child with the 17-year-old gymnast who is now in fear for her life, according to an application for a restraining order filed by her parents.
A restraining order was issued against O'Ryan, 34, on Wednesday and another hearing will be held soon to determine if the order will be extended to a long-term one.
He is currently being held on bail on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public, a felony offence in California.
