Kim Sues Publicist (the one who shut down her blog), He Counter-Sues
We tell ya, this world is wacky.
Remember last week we reported that one of Kim's gays -- the one she hired to run her blog only to then turn on her -- made a post that the site would be shut down because of non-payment?
Well, well, well, the person who made that posting was publicist Jonathan Jaxson and Kim Zolciak, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star, is now taking his ass to court!
Kim says after she fired Jonathan he changed the blog's password and security settings so she couldn't gain access the site. And while locked out, he posted lies about her, like she is broke. So, she's asking a judge for a protective order.
According to E! Jonathan is fighting back.
"Jaxson is in fear for his safety and has filed a police report with the Atlanta Police Department after threats were made concerning his well-being by Ms. Zolciak," says his rep.
He filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Kim on Feb. 23 in which he is seeking $15,000 for back pay. He also claims she stopped paying his monthly retainer fee, thereby voiding their contract.
Jonathan's rep adds that he is the owner of the blog, not Kim.
If you're not familair with this guy, various people have dubbed him the "World's Worst Publicist"; he was involved in a big legal battle with Perez Hilton last year.
According to him, Perez promised to help make the blog he was running more successful. He sent Perez sex tapes of himself, but Perez did nothing for his blog. (How rude! LOL)
In an exchange from Sept. 1, 2007, Perez told Jonathan, "you should totally make a sex tape . . . (but not with me)." Jonathan wrote back, "I will have to make one on here for you tomorrow and e-mail it to you." Perez responded, "Hot! Do it now!"
The next afternoon, Lavandeira asked Jaxson, "When are you sending me that video you promised?" Jaxson responded, "If you do a phone blog with me for my blog . . . as if I am cold calling you in attempt to get advice for my blog. You can be totally rude. I don't want others to know we talk."
The next day, Perez asked again, "Where is that video?"
Jonathan said he sent Perez photographs and videos of himself masturbating and other forms of "sex videos."
"I fell in love with Perez. I thought he had a huge heart . . . but he's just a [bleep]hole. We started working together and communicating on how to make my blog bigger. Then it got more personal and intimate."
He got so angry he posted Perez' telephone number on his now-defunct blog telling readers Perez "has hurt me and millions of others, because of this I think you should call him and let him know how you feel."
Suffice it to say, Perez was not amused and filed a civil suit against Jonathan for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, harassment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The drama!
