While you get it in this weekend, prisoners spending time in Illinois jails will soon have access to condoms, thanks to a new law backed by the House.
But although sex is banned in the state's prisons, members of the legislature argued that condoms should be made available to protect against HIV infection.
Good idea, because no one is that delusional to think that dudes aren't taking back shots come lock down or in the showers.

I believe Wendy throws out the how you doing alot because she's an expert on the subject.
