Remember that story from a couple days ago about "Real Housewives of New York City" star Killoren Bensimon beating up her boyfriend Nicholas Stefanov?
Well, we are now hearing it was all orchestrated to ensure her return to the reality show and she didn't really hit Nicholas.
Sources told the Daily News:
“Kelly is ruthless. Some who know her think she planned the attack with Nicholas. He’s speaking of her too positively for this to be domestic abuse. Shouldn’t he be angrier? It’s also convenient that Kelly timed the leak of her arrest to the day a new episode of the show aired.”
Although none of the Real Housewives have yet sealed their deals — a rep for Bravo says “there have been no talks about contracts or another season yet” — Bensimon is seen as being in the weakest position and the least likely to be signed back on.
“No one likes her,” a source tells us flatly. “She hasn’t endeared herself to the ladies on the show — or anyone else.”
Not being tight with her cast mates didn’t stop Bensimon from requesting their silence after her boyfriend brouhaha. “Kelly advised the ladies to say, ‘It’s nothing, just say no comment.’ She acted like it was a nonevent, saying that the story would blow over ... she was really blasé about the whole ordeal,” says our source.
