Lil Kim is NOT Running for Mayor

Lil Kim is not running for mayor of Hoboken, NJ.

Didn't know she was at one time? Well, before you plan your election day outfit, Lil Kim is not interested in any political office.

And that's good news.

A man claiming to be Kim's publicist, sent a fake press release to local NYC media last Friday touting Kim's "epiphany about her attitude" following her time in prison. And as a result of her serving said time in jail "she realized the importance of public service."

Many many LOLs.

Lisa Perkins, Kim's real publicist quickly responded, saying "She is NOT running for mayor of Hoboken."

No response was needed, because we don't know anyone who thought - for a second - that Lil Kim was running for mayor.
