Some people are saying this woman seen here with Ne-Yo is his girlfriend.

The two were spotted dancing and at a Prague (yes, in the Czech Republic) discoteque.

She's a girl and she's (probably) a friend, so we guess, technically, the "girlfriend" title can be true.
