Michelle Obama Backstabs Oprah

The Enquirer needs to look down (but keep talking)....

According to the tab, Michelle Obama is distancing herself from Oprah, on the advise of the First Lady's jealous staff.

"Michelle had promised Oprah all kinds of special behind-the-scenes access for her upcoming Oprah TV channel," disclosed a pal of the media mogul," says a source. "But now Michelle is backing out - telling Oprah she has to go through 'the proper channels' and speak to her advisers."

Those close to Oprah feel Michelle has gone back on a promise and stabbed her friend in the back.

"But Oprah believes Michelle is being manipulated by jealous advisers - such as White House social secretary Desiree Rogers and another of Barack's old Chicago friends, Valerie Jarrett, who moved to Washington, D.C., to work in his administration," said the friend of Oprah.

A friend of Desiree and Valerie said the two harbor feelings of "intense jealousy" against Oprah.

Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to the president, knows that when Oprah gets involved, she and Desiree both become very small fish in the pond, according to the source. "Both women want Oprah's impact diminished over time."

Valerie and Desiree "strongly caution" Michelle about letting Oprah get too close to her or the president, warning she could turn the White House into a celebrity sideshow, said the pal.

For the record, we don't believe a word of this. Well, perhaps a few words (especially the ones that Desiree and Valerie may be jealous), but we don't think Michelle is blacklisting or hates Oprah.

Oprah's like that annoying aunt that you know never liked you so in turn, you never liked her. You put up with the fake hugs & smiles just to get through some function. I understand Michelle's position exactly. Fall back Oprah.

I would too. How you supposed to support the black community, but yet you follow no black ppl on your twitter? Oprah has long since been ashamed to be black and I don't think she like black people. Go to Africa and build a school, like we don't need anymore schools in Chicago. I really dis like her, and anybody that thinks black people should act white. I'm proud to be colored and I find nothing embarrassing about being black, unlike fake Oprah
