This is perhaps the first actual video footage of last weekend's deadly mid-air crash between an airplane and a helicopter over the Hudson River in NYC. All nine people in the two aircraft died.
The Federal Aviation Administration suspended two air traffic controllers, but the agency said their actions didn't contribute to the accident.
