"America's Next Top Model" cycle 5 semifinalist cum "Tyra" show correspondent Brittany "Bre" Scullark was arrested at an NYC Starbucks yesterday after stealing another woman's laptop and "cussing her out" when she asked for it back.
TMZ reports Bre was charged with disorderly conduct and issued a summons to appear in court at a later date.
