Happy Splasher is Not So Happy, She May Be Jailed For Drenching Kids

A British woman has been arrested after splashing a group of school kids waiting at a bus top.

Kerry Callard, 29, posted the 30-second clip to YouTube of herself driving the car at a high rate of speed into a puddle of water and intentionally splashing the kids. A male passenger, Alec Goff, 28, is heard commenting on the clip saying: "Here we go, ready to drench the kids!" and later: "That was brilliant! Awesome!"

She has been charged with careless and inconsiderate driving and could face a $4,000 fine.

Police began to investigate after they received complaints about a clip of the incident.

Kerry turned herself into police, but during questioning she said the kids were playing in the puddle and asked her to soak them.

"If they weren't saying, 'Splash me, splash me!', I wouldn't have done it. I'm not a serial splasher," she said.

Really, Kerry?
