Frequently incarcerated comedian Katt Williams is now facing another legal battle.
Jacqueline Gutierrez, who was Katt's assistant, has filed a complaint with the California Labor Commission against Kattpack Investments, Inc. for the tune of $232,645, which includes $100,800 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, and $58,645 in hotel bills.
She claims she is owed this money because while she was on the road with Katt for 10 months, he never paid her one cent.
If the reports are true that he's breaking into people's homes and stealing their property, we think she'll have to write that debt off as a loss. Oh, wait, she could go after his Atlanta condo. Never mind.
