Julianna Mandernach of Chicago has filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified damages against Metra (Chicago's railroad system) after a Jan. 29, 2009 incident left her with injuries of a "personal and pecuniary nature."
What Had Happened Was: Julianna used the train's bathroom, but when she flushed, the contents exploded out of the toilet and "splattered" her.
We would die!
She claims the train operator knew the toilet was broken and should have repaired it or make it inaccessible for passengers.
