According to the Sun, Amy got into an argument with her new boyfriend on Monday. Around 5pm, she was bar hopping throughout London. When she awoke from her nap on this bench, "she was nearly run over as she stumbled across a street on the way to her nearby home, where she sat talking into her phone." Do the Brits not have a 5150 (Involuntary psychiatric hold) or equivalent which will force this lost soul to sober up and get her life together before it's too late?
