Woman Sues Disney, Claims Donald Duck Sexually Assaulted Her

April Magolon of Pennsylvania is suing Walt Disney World for negligence, battery, and infliction of emotional distress and is seeking more than $50,000 in damages because (well, according to her) Donald Duck touched her breast and molested her after she asked the costumed employee for an autograph while visiting Epcot Center in May 2008 with her fiancè and kids. Last month, she filed the lawsuit.

April, 27, claims she has "suffered severe physical injury, emotional anguish and distress including, but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder, muscle contraction headaches, physical harm resulting from distress, including, but not limited to acute anxiety, headaches, nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks, digestive problems and exacerbation of the physical injuries and other severe emotional injuries." Wait, that's not it. April claims she "suffered injuries of an unknown nature, she suffered severe pains, mental anxiety and anguish and a severe shock to her nervous system, and other injuries the full of which are not yet know. She has in the past and will in the future undergo severe pain and suffering as a result of which she has been in the past and will in the future be unable to attend to her usual duties and occupation, all to her great financial detriment and loss." She believes her "injuries are permanent in nature."

She also contends that the grope-ation was “one of a long line of continuing, long standing, similar prior incidents” involving the groping of patrons by costumed Disney employees. She didn't include this in her complaint, but said costumed Disney employees get sexually assaulted, too.

Update: She's suing for $200,000.

Update, May 16, 2011: April settled her lawsuit against Disney for an undisclosed amount of cash.
