Kindergartners Raped 5-year-old Boy

Yenny Valero filed a notice of claim on Aug. 27 against New York City claiming her 5-year-old son sexually abused and raped on June 11 at the Queens, NY public school he attended.

Valero told authorities when her son walked into the bathroom, four boys -- all of whom were 6 or 7 years old -- held him down, took off his pants and inserted at least one finger into his anus, according to legal papers. The young boy, who wear ankle braces due to balance problems, reportedly suffered severe physical injuries and post traumatic stress disorder [and "gender identification issues"], according to allegations made in the lawsuit. The victim apparently told his mom and sister one day following the alleged attack, claiming he had been bullied by students in the past.

Yenny (pictured, above with her son) reported the attack to child services and the school promised to conduct their own investigation, but none of the attackers were disciplined. Her son has been transferred to another school.
