For the love of all things holy, what's going on here?
Pandamoniun in the streets of Petaluma, Calif! At about 1:30 Tuesday morning, cops arrived after some bar hopped claimed a security guard threatened people with a Taser and those same patrons claimed police hit a man with a patrol car. Kathleen "Kat" Zanoline ran up to protest the action but was taken down and arrested and another man was arrested for battery, resisting arrest and possessing a small amount of methamphetamine. The whole event was filmed and this is it.
Meanwhile, in Russia, a driver slams his SUV into more than 25 parked cars before he's taken down. Must be the vodka.
