Police found the 44-year-old Cee, born Calvin Lebrun, sitting in a car parked at Watts and West Sts. in Lower Manhattan with 20-year-old Lawrence Campbell at 3:55 a.m., according to court records. They both face charges of public lewdness and exposure of a person when they return to court in June....On his Twitter feed, Mister Cee said, "Time to get this shit cleared up so make it quick cause i aint feeling this Twitter shit NYPD has a detective squad after all Rappers & DJ'S." Mister Cee, originally from the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, is well known for being Big Daddy Kane’s deejay during the 1980’s and 90’s. He also broke into producer stardom with Notorious B.I.G.’s first album, “Ready to Die.” He is now the host of “Throwback at Noon” that features the best of classic Hip-Hop and R&B. On his blog, fellow DJ Funkmaster Flex blasted the charges, saying: “Please be advised this rumor is not true. Stating false allegations about somebody and presenting it as valid information is unethical. Please continue to listen to Mr. Cee everyday at noon Monday through Friday on Hot 97 and Hot97.com.” Hot 97 also released a statement bashing the allegations as being nothing but rumors.Interesting. So, the light is finally being shone on the How You Doin deejays at

This reminds us of this classic clip from the bonus hour in 2007 when Wendy outed a Hot 97 DJ via a letter from LaShonda, who overheard a DJ MMM-MMM-MMM-MMM-MMM having sex with a tranny. Legendary!
(NOTE: There are updates at the bottom of this post.)
These are Mr Cee and Lawrence's mugshots.
These are his "twats" proclaiming his innocence.
Apparently, Lawrence is a tranny who goes by the name Brooke-Lynn Pinklady. After the brouhaha, Miss Pinklady (pictured, below) deleted her Facebook page (also, below). You can also read the police report, below.
Update #2, April 5: So, Funkmaster Flex tried to come for Charlamagne on the radio? Hmmm, interesting. Flex, who was recently arrested for beating up his wife, decided to defend tranny lover Mister Cee on his show Monday night. Flex claims he has a dossier on his radio rivals and sent some subliminal shots at Charlamagne, who made fun at Mister Cee's arrest -- as everyone has. Without naming names, Flex said: "I know everything that goes on in that building" [where Charlamagne broadcasts from]....You know who I'm talking about. You know the shot I'm sending today. You know the gun I'm loading up today. The choice is yours....You'll never win. It's not my fault you can't get Hot. This radio thing, I'm built for it. And unfortunately, you're not." We say bring it!!! On his show this morning, Charlamagne responded, saying: "Wrestlemania was Saturday night. You sound like an old-ass wrestler. Who are you supposed to be, Flex Hogan?....Don't get mad at us. Get mad at [Mister Cee]. Tell him, 'I don't care if you like men, but you got to move a little better.'" Grease! Charlamagne also warned that "if we're ready for war ... the pictures we got can break up a happy home." Hmmm, interesting. Interesting. Release those files Charlamagne! Break up some "happy" homes. How...You...Doin!
Update, April 7: Howard Stern joins the fray on this feud between Charlamagne and Funkmaster Flex. As usual, Howard says it like is T-I-is!
The tranny speaks out and reveals the dirty, scandalous details about what happened that night.
