Cindy Jackson, who's originally from Ohio but now lives in London, has spent over $100,000 on 52 procedures over the years. And unlike that freak Jocelyn Wildenstein, Cindy actually looks "natural", which is the look she was going after. "For me, it was just to look better," she tells ABC News. "For me, the best result is one that looks natural. I wouldn't ever want anyone to stop and stare at me and say: 'That woman's had a lot of surgery.' I would never want to look like I'd had anything done." Over the years she's had five facelifts, two eye lifts, two nose jobs, cheek implants, breast implants, her jaw reshaped, chin reduction, liposuction, chemical peels...and the list goes on. But her most radical procedure was surgery on her knees, where fat is sucked out so her don't rub when she walks. "We don't have to look like our parents. It's evolution. It's medical progress," she says. This lady's motives for plastic surgery is still questionable, however.
