Eight Months Pregnant Lady Jailed For Drunk Driving

Tomeka Stockwell is something. At 12:56 a.m. on Saturday morning, she was driving a car erratically when she was pulled over in Mentor, Ohio. When cops approached the vehicle, they noticed two open cans of beer in the vehicle and her 3-year-old child (who was not in a car seat) was in the back seat of the vehicle. It was at this that Tomeka told police she is eight months pregnant. The 25-year-old mother-to-be failed all field sobriety tests and refused a Breathalyzer test. She was arrested and charged with including operating a vehicle while intoxicated, child endangering and open container. She appeared in court this morning and was found guilty on al charges after pleading no contest. She was sentenced to three days in jail, one-year probation and ordered to pay a $675 fine, complete two days of community service and attend driver awareness and chemical abuse programs. Her driver’s license was also suspended for six months. If the studies are right, Tomeka's children are going to be geniuses; Tomeka clearly isn't.
