Identity Thief Sends Victim Rose, Thank-You Note

While some thieves send their victims a letter of apology, others are more generous. After someone stole Dave York's credit card number and used it to made a dozen purchases online, the identity thief sent the Maple Valley, Washington resident a single rose with a simple note reading, "Thank you." Dave also received a package containing three rings, but he believes that was sent to him by mistake.
