According to the YouTuber, Miss Uppity was riding the Metro-North (that's a commuter railroad servicing the New York suburbs and Connecticut) and speaking loudly and cursing at someone into her cell phone when the conductor asked her to either quiet it down, or take her profanity-laced cell phone conversation to vestibule of the train. And that's when Miss Uppity became confrontational and informed everyone who's willing to listen how "well-educated" she is. A few moments after this exchange, there was an announcement asking all passengers to refrain from using profanity on the train -- "especially those people who went to Harvard or Yale or are from Westport." No word yet if she was kicked off the train or arrested like this inconsiderate loudmouth in Seattle last April.
