Disabled Man Chokes on Food at Restaurant, His Mother Screams 'Let Him Die!'

Rolaine Foigelman, 68, of Tonawanda, NY is what they call in the skreets a heartless bitch! She's pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of an incompetent person yesterday after an incident at a restaurant last June where her 43-year-old disabled son began choking on food. When others attempted to call 911 or help her son, she repeatedly shouted "let him die." The son is OK.
