In the rest of the civilized world, businesses are able to operate alongside each other and everyone gets a piece of the pie, but in Florida, one tattoo shop owner will do anything to protect his monopoly -- even murder. Adrian Howell says he recently leased a building to open a tattoo shop in Daytona Beach, Fla., but David Keezer, who has a shop a block away, is not having it. David tried to run Adrian over with his truck and brandished a shot gun and threatened to shoot him or burn his shop down if he doesn't get the hell outta Dodge. Luckily, all of this was caught on tape and David was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Meanwhile in DeLeon Springs, Fla., Mark Bausch is facing robbery, theft and abuse charges after he forced his way into a blind woman's home, pushed her to the ground and stole a pet parrot he had traded to her. We love Florida crazy so much! According to police, Mark had a change of heart after trading his pet sun conure (valued at $300) to a 64-year-old woman and her 81-year-old mother in exchange for $50 and a computer. Yesterday, he went to the women's home and demanded they give him his bird back, saying he missed his pet and the computer ran too slow. When they refused, he forced his way into the home, shoved the blind woman to the ground and went into her bedroom, where he shoved her again, took the bird and fled in his truck. Cops found him a short time later in his truck with the bird. He was was arrested and charged with home invasion robbery, grand theft and abuse of a disabled adult. Bail was set at $13,000. As for the woman, she suffered minor injuries.
This is Mark's mug shot....
