Designed by Carol Touchstone of Fort Lauderdale, this wedding dress, which she named "Coastal Wave," is made from 20 rolls of toilet paper. It's one of three dresses in the for the Cheap Chic Weddings 2013 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest finals. Carol is hoping to snatch the crown and the $2,000 cash prize.
