Mrs Carter is in full promo mode for her upcoming album, jet-setting all over Europe. Here she is doing her thing to "If I Were a Boy/Single Ladies" at the 2008 World Music Awards in Monte Carlo on Sunday.
We're not saying, but while this isn't the Grammys or BET Awards, this international crowd does appear a lil dead or uninterested.
