Mrs Carter is in full promo mode for her upcoming album, jet-setting all over Europe. Here she is doing her thing to "If I Were a Boy/Single Ladies" at the 2008 World Music Awards in Monte Carlo on Sunday.
We're not saying, but while this isn't the Grammys or BET Awards, this international crowd does appear a lil dead or uninterested.
What do you think?
More: Mrs Carter will perform on "Oprah" on Thursday and on "Saturday Night Live" on, well, Saturday.
Below is a flawless live performance of "If I Were a Boy" at Britian's "Strictly Come Dancing," the world's most-watched show and originator of "Dancing with the Stars".
