Solange Knowles hates the way she looks when she sings.

Beyoncè's lil sis stopped halfway through her performance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans last weekend and demanded a paparazzo stop taking photos of her.

As the audience looked on in amazement, Solange shouted: "Mr Photographer, you are making me self-conscious. I swear I make the same stupid three faces over and over again, so please leave me be."

Perhaps Solange she was in a bad mood or just got off an IV drip.
