And He's Off!

While being transported out of a Staten Island, NY police station on Wednesday, 22-year-old Naquan Thompson broke free from handcuffs and bolted for the Staten Island subway. But his stupid escape attempt (that was caught on tape by the news media gathered outside) was not successful; he was caught six minutes later hiding on the train. According to the Staten Island Advance, Naquan was arrested Monday in connection with the Dec. 13 armed robbery of a convenience store. He was also arrested last July for tossing a pit bull puppy at an officer pursuing him when he was spotted driving a stolen 2007 Honda Accord. The dog bit the officer on the forehead. That case is still spending and Naquan was out on bail. Now, he he faces additional charges for his attempted escape. What a donkey! Hee-haw -- that's the donkey call.
