Police in Washington, DC have been looking for the person(s) nicknamed the "Georgetown Cuddler." (They've been looking for this person for years, we might add.) The "Cuddler" breaks into women's homes, slips into their bed and cuddles them while they sleep. Some of the incidents have included sexual assaults, but when the woman wakes up and screams, he flees. The last incident was last Sunday. The above report was from last September.
