Washington city councilman (and former mayor) Marion Barry is being investigated for violating conflict of interest laws when he gave his then girlfriend a $15,000 contract then pocketed some of those taxpayer dollars on the back-end. Now the ex-girlfriend, Donna Watts, the woman he was jumping off with and the woman he threw out of an hotel room because she wouldn't give him a professional and was arrested for stalking her, is coming to his defense.
