Lets just get it out of the way: Mrs Carter has perfected the art of putting on a show. Although she effed up some of the lyrics of Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know," this bish is unlike no other. We hoped she would have performed "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" for one last time, though, but alas, we were still utterly satisfied. She also made history. She won the most Grammy's by a female artist in one night. Ever. (PS: Her hairstylist must be paid extra to make sure that wig doesn't come off. Could you imagine what would happen if that flied off? Someone would need to go into the protective custody.)
Pink drenched everyone in the audience.
Lady Gaga opened the show with Sir Elton John.
The only one who heard Lil Wayne, Drake and Eminem's performance were sthe CBS censors -- and the people in the audience, of course.
