On Monday, cops in Rome, Ga. rolled up on 47-year-old Fredrick Eugene Dennis smoking crack in his vehicle. When they ordered him to put down the crack pipe, Fredrick told them: “I got to smoke this” and continued to smoke. When he was done, he threw the pipe into a creek.
He was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, obstruction, tampering with evidence and a parole violation.
