New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta has just been slammed with another lawsuit. Tama Colson sued the church for sexual harassment. In the lawsuit, she accuses Michael Ceaser, who oversees all technical support for the video recording of church services, of improper sexual behavior and accuses the church of retaliating against her when she complained. Tama claimed Michael showed her "a picture of a penis" on his cell phone and when she complained, security personnel told her Michael was "part of Bishop Eddie Long's inner circle and [was] never disciplined for any wrong doing." Michael allegedly engaged in improper behavior with other women and, "the church's leadership did not discipline Ceaser, but ran the women out of the church," according to the suit. Tama says the same thing happened her. After filing the complaint with the church, she was harassed, demoted and eventually fired.
