Johnathan Washburn, 23, and his friend Timothy Beard, 19, were arrested this week in Austin, Texas after they beatdown a man and stole his sunglasses after he tried to take a photo of Johnathan's triple mohawk hairstyle.
When he photographed 23-year-old Johnathan Washburn’s mohawk, Timothy Beard, 19, told him to delete the picture from his digital camera, according to the affidavit. The man refused and Beard took his $100 Oakley sunglasses, the affidavit said. When the victim tried to get his sunglasses back, according to the affidavit, Washburn hit him on the left side of the head with the skateboard. Police found Washburn inside a nearby bar and Beard, with the sunglasses, across the street near the 400 block of Sixth Street, the affidavit said.

Johnathan was charged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and Timothy was charged with theft from a person.
