Alan John Shepard was arrested and charged with dangerous drug transportation and misconduct involving weapons on Monday in Phoenix, Arizona, after neighbors suspected the 50-year-old was dealing meth. According to the New Times, Alan is a convicted felon with a long rapsheet, including past arrests for shoplifting, ID theft, burglary, making threats, and hindering prosecution.
