'You Ain't Calling Your Daddy. You're Going to Jail!'

Eric McFall of Tyler, Texas has been the target of four car break-ins, so he decided to stake out the apartment complex to catch the perp in the act. Sometime around 3am Sunday morning, he noticed 20-year-old Jose Galvan breaking into a car, so he sprinted -- OK, went -- outside and held Jose in a "figure-four" until police arrived. While they were waiting, Jose asked to call his father to which Eric replied: "You ain't calling your daddy. You're going to jail!" He was charged with burglary and is free on $1000 bond.
