Meanwhile, in Maryland, Drunk Driver Attacks Man With Live Power Line

As ~~Hurricane~~ tropical storm Irene roared through the Northeast last weekend, giving news stations cause to panic and inflicting unwarranted fear on viewers, Derek Edwards was minding his own business when 32-year-old Richard Bialczak began tailgating. Derek, 28, got out of his car to warm Richard -- who was drunk and we hear is a lawyer -- to maintain a safe traveling distance, things got weird. We would love to tell you about it, but this reporter's play-by-play in the video above is worth gawking at.
