Black Doll Found Hanging From Noose at NYC Parks Deptartment HQ

A black employee found a black doll hanging by its neck from a metal chain at the New York City Parks Department's Bronx headquarters. And, oh, yes, three "KKK"s were found scratched in a bathroom nearby. The incidents are being investigated as a hate crime. NYC racists' actions are mild, compared to how racists in Houston do it.
