Black Man Claims Racist Boss, Co-Workers Threatened to Kill Him

Dwayne Jackson, who worked for three months at Metal Improvement Company, Inc in Houston, Texas says he blatant racism and his RACIST supervisors and managers even threatened to kill him. He tells KRIV a coworker "came to me and put his arm around my neck and began singing a song an old song like, ‘How you kill a n***a? We kill n***s, we slice their necks and split their belly and let the guts hang out' then, on on Aug. 13, things became dangerous. Dwayne says a supervisor jumped behind him "and put a knife to my neck and threatened to kill me and said, ‘N***a, what you gon do about it?’ I said man, let me go, let me go and other employees standing around said, y'all on camera stop it." When he complained to management, he was fired. So, he filed a report with the Houston Police Department and a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and, oh, yes, called up the local Fox affiliate. We smell a lawsuit brewing. And, it goes without saying: If you're black don't apply for a job at Metal Improvement Company, Inc in Houston. No matter if you have five kids to feed.
