Obviously, this happened in Florida. Tracy Mabb, 35, was charged with exposing her vagina, breasts and buttocks to passersby and motorists at an intersection in Pompano Beach , Florida on Tuesday. According to the arresting officer, Tracy refused to put her shirt down and told him: "I don't give a f---." She must've been suffering from "exhaustion" and "dehydration." On the up side: She didn't eat any one's face.
In related news: A naked man threatened and made a crude comment to a 3-year-old girl in front of her mother, just feet from a police station in North Miami Beach. Shane Shuyler was arrested.
