The first time we met WJBK's Charlie Langton we noticed he was mimicking a reporter who was fired/quit. He's well on his way now. Here he is reporting on the plight of Appolonia Milliner, a Detroit woman who's basement has been flooded with raw sewage since December. Furthermore, Appolonia is pregnant and the home has no heat or hot water. Her fiancé and two kids (ages 10 and 11) are also living with this stinky standing water.
