Tennessee's got no love for Obama (or Lil Wayne)

After the networks announced Obama's presidential victory last Tuesday, Ryan Blackwell, like the rest of the country, started to celebrate.

But his celebration was cut short.

He was arrested by Clarksville, TN cops for blasting music from his car's speakers. What was he playing? Lil Wayne.

After a few hours in lock up, Ryan posted the $1000 bond then watched Obama's historic victory speech.

More: Tennessee was won by McCain with 57% of the votes. Obama got 42%.
