DMX Has Another Warrant

Another day. Another warrant out for DMX's arrest.

This time the warrant stems from X's failure to appear in an Arizona court to address the charges of drugs, identity theft and animal cruelty.

His failure to appear has got the judge mad as hell. She ruled that X will have to pony up a $120,000 cash bond or be sent directly to jail.

So, where is X?

Bradford Cohen, his lawyer claims he is in rehab at an "undisclosed location". X was to show the judge at today's hearing proof that he was in fact in rehab, according to Cohen.

So, Mr Lawyer why didn't your client show up to show the judge said proof?
