After the rehearsal for his big pre-inaugural concert Monday in Washington, Jay Z and wife Beyoncè, had plans to return to the hotel to change and come back for the concert. But as they exited the Warner Theater, they were met with blocked streets; Police told the couple they needed to walked four blocks to meet their driver.
According to someone on scene: Beyoncé wouldn’t walk in high heels in the cold. The cops wouldn’t budge, but the Secret Service agreed to let the driver pick Jay and Beyoncé up, bring them to their hotel so they could change, and get them back to the theater.”
When you're a diva, you can do that.
