Woman Says Surgeon Stole Her Breast Implant

A British woman says a trip to a renowned Park Avenue plastic surgeon for some nip/tuck turned into a nip/take when he removed one of her breast implants without asking.

Dr. Carroll "Cap" Lesesne (pictured) also left Charlotte Brimecome with facial and head scars, an improperly inserted cheek implant, a dented nose, and a bald spot on her head, her Manhattan Supreme Court suit says.

"It was shoddy work," said her lawyer, Allen Koss.

The suit also charges Lesesne with assault for having taken out an implant from her left breast "against her will."

Lesesne, who briefly dated Katie Couric and is the author of the book "Confessions of a Park Avenue Plastic Surgeon," said he was "shocked and deeply saddened" by the allegations, which "are completely frivolous."

He said he'd communicated with her several times post surgery, "and she never lodged a single complaint about her breast, her nose or her midface."

Brimecome, 43, had gone to Lesesne for a whole parcel of plastic surgery last spring, including nipple and eyelid reductions, "a face/neck lift, cheek implants and a nose job," with a "lip lift" scheduled for a week later.

The Hampshire, England, woman had heard Lesesne "was the best," Koss said, but the results were disastrous.

Her nipple was "distorted," there was a "clearly visible scar" and bald patch above her ear, and a "dent and crack" in her nose that has left it "twisted to the right," the suit says.

Improper insertion of the cheek implants led to her eyebrow being paralyzed, and the botched lip lift left her with a scar above her lip, the suit says.

She's seeking unspecified money for emotional and physical damages while her banking big hubby Ian is suing for loss of his wife's "society, companionship and consortium."

Lesesne's lawyer, Bruce Habian, called Brimecome "a disgruntled patient who had many procedures before she went to Dr. Lesesne" and "he tried to help her out."

Lesesne said he was ready for a fight. "In my 25 years of practice, I've never had a successful malpractice claim against me, and I look forward to defending myself," he said.
