Madonna's Nanny Quits, Then is Told to Get the Steppin'

David Banda's nanny, Angela quit earlier this month, it's now being revealed.

But, Madonna, doing what a true boss does, told Angela to leave immediately. No you can't stay on for two more weeks or another month while I search for a replacement. Get your shyt and get the stepping back to Australia.

Geeh, sounds like the way Star Jones got her ass kicked off The View sooner than she hoped.

"Angela is distraught. Madonna told her the news two hours before she was due to go on her annual month-long leave," says a friend. "Angela was incredibly upset and very surprised because she had been told that Madonna is due to adopt a second baby from Malawi very soon. The rumor is that Madonna was furious that Angela was leaving and dismissed her before she had the chance to complete her full notice."

Not surprising: Working for Madge is a full-time, 'round the clock type of job.

"There is no such thing as a weekend," says the source.

When pressed, Madonna's rep says:
"I do not comment on household issues but I can assure you that David and Madonna’s other two children are very well taken care of at all times."
