Brad & Angelina Stops Bodyguard's Juicy Tell-All Book Dead in Its Tracks

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have put the kabosh on a new tell-all book by their former bodyguard.

The couple hired lawyers in both the USA and the UK to prevent Mickey Brett (pictured) from revealing details of their private lives in a novel and TV show.

The book proposal would have been based around Mickey's first-person account of his years protecting a number of Hollywood stars, including Sandra Bullock, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Sylvester Stallone and Richard Gere, according to the Daily News.

Marty Singer, one of the US lawyers on the case says Mickey was bound by a confidentiality agreement and is legally not allowed to comment. Mickey, however, says he never signed a confidentiality agreement.


He also claimed the former bodyguard, who was Brad and Angelina's head bodyguard for seven years, is a "pathological liar" and revealed he has been convicted of 11 different crimes.

Mickey has denied trying to sell stories.

He claims he had not given the project the all-clear, and says most of the tales were created by his ghost writer Robin McGibbon.

"Our client disputes what has apparently been said by Mr. Singer, but is not in a position to comment further at this stage," Mickey's lawyers said.

However, McGibbon insists the bodyguard is lying and said "Mickey was definitely going to consider a book or TV deal if the offer was good enough. But at this point, there's not going to be any book."

Too bad, because the book had promise.

It was to show how Brad was sleeping with Angelina while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. In fact, it was Angelina who went after Brad, knowing full well he was married. This was all during the filming of Mr and Mrs Smith in 2004.

Mickey allegedly "walked in on Brad being intimate with Angelina in her trailer" while Angelina "indulged any fantasy he had, including buying sex toys, paddles, whips, and dressing up in latex.”

Furthermore, he alleges that Angelina was cheating on Brad ... with a woman!
“Mickey set up at least 20 meetings for Angie with this woman at hotels when Brad was working.”

All of this was not good news for Angelina so Brad stepped in and fired Mickey.

“This is Angelina’s worst nightmare. She trusted Mickey to keep her secrets….This may end their relationship. She’s terrified Brad may leave her when he hears about the mean-spirited things she said about him behind his back and her secret relationships.”
