Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer along with deputy Borough President Rose Pierre-Louis, made a surprise visit to the Experience yesterday afternoon to present Wendy with a proclamation declaring Monday, July 13 - which is the day her talk show kicks off nationwide - as 'Wendy Williams Day.'
