Wendy's Resignation Speech

So, kids, it's official. Well, it's long has been official, but Wendy announced today on the show that she will no longer be broadcasting live from 3 Park Avenue weekdays from 2 to 6.

Instead, she will be broadcasting live from 433 West 53rd Street weekdays from 10 to 11am.

In this resignation speech, Wendy explained the difficult choice: She says she wants to spend time with her family and working 12 hours a day doing both the radio and TV jobs wasn't making any allowances to do that. Plus, she had no time to moisturize and take her "old people pills".

She explains that the TV show was a "secret dream", and a "fantasy", but now that's coming through, she can't give up the opportunity.

We must admit: We prefer her on the radio. The TV show is scattered and unfocused and while that works for radio, it just looks messy on TV. Hopefully, that's something they can improve upon since she'll have more time to executive produce.

She says she may return to radio - one day - but you know that won't be at 'BLS.
