Michael Jackson to be Buried in an Unmarked Grave?

It's been well over a month since Michael Jackson' sudden death and today makes exactly one month since the public funeral was held at the Staples Center, but Michael has still not been buried.

Jermaine Jackson wants him laid to rest at Neverland Ranch, but other members of the Jackson clan are not on board, plus, they will need permission from the state and approval from the local zoning board because its against the law to bury someone outside of a cemetery.

Now, Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Michael Jackson will be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles in an unmarked grave "because the Jackson family is worried about security and vandals who could desecrate the site."

"According to reports, Michael's burial will be anonymous, with no formal ceremony or fanfare," ET reports. "Only one or two family members -- some say La Toya and brother Randy -- would be present as witnesses. But clearly the family is still divided on whether Neverland could still be a factor."
